2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, you are entitled to an exchange or refund.

Required Action:
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos proving the damage or error. In such cases, Selvra will cover all shipping costs.

3. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Before Shipping:
Orders can be canceled for a full refund, including delivery fees.

After Shipping:
If canceled after the order has been dispatched, only the product value will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 20 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

4. Sensitivity & Product Compatibility

Due to hygiene standards, products cannot be returned after opening due to personal sensitivity or incompatibility.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the entire bundle set must be returned together.

Refund Value:
Refunds are calculated based on the actual price paid at the time of purchase, not the original pre-discount price.

6. Non-Returnable Cases

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following scenarios:
