Very simple, just 4 steps:

1. Brush your teeth before using the kit.
2. Apply the gel into the silicone mouth tray.
3. Place the tray in your mouth and turn on the LED device.
4. After 20 minutes, remove the tray and rinse your mouth well with water.

 

4.How often can I use it?

Use it once daily. Each session is 30 minutes. After finishing, rinse your mouth well with water.

With daily use for 10 days, you’ll notice your teeth looking whiter and shinier.
